ruth warren

Registered Massage Therapist (does direct billing to most insurers)

Ruth loves working with her hands and after successfully running an urban farming business for 5 years, she was utilizing a lot of massage therapy to keep her body moving on the job. Becoming an RMT felt like a natural transition into a new career of rewarding hands on work.

Graduating from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with a BA at UBC already in her tool belt, her massage style is mix of relaxation and clinical-based orthopaedics. She works together with clients using assessment and active listening to creatively design individual treatment plans with goal based results in mind.

When she’s not massaging, Ruth enjoys growing vegetables, hiking, cycling, chilling out in hot tubs and playing way too many board games.

emma sise

Registered Massage Therapist

(does direct billing to pacific blue cross)

Emma's grounded demeanour and strong, slow treatments provide a space for self-awareness and integration for all of her clients, whether in cases of healing from acute injury, working through chronic pain and systemic condition management, or enjoying holistic relaxation and release.

Client-centered care and collaboration is at the core of her massage practice, as well as guiding the breath as a tool to deepen and expand the experiential capacity of the nervous system. Her goal is to support you in cultivating curiosity and attunement in the intentions that you bring to the treatment room.

With a background in fine art and somatics, a reverence for tactility and self expression has been central to Emma's life from an early age. She graduated with honors from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2022 and knows her learning from the human form will be life-long.

dr gabrielle steinberg

“Healthcare As Unique As You."

My practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  I use acupuncture, cupping and herbs as well as dietary modifications according to your needs, constitution and lifestyle.  I also have a background and extensive experience giving deep tissue massage and  craniosacral therapy and frequently offer these therapies  as stand alone treatments or in combination with acupuncture.  Breathwork is another tool I regularly use in my practice.  See gabriellesteinberg.com for more information.

My passion is health on all levels. I have explored, studied and worked in health for many years and it is an ongoing journey of personal discovery and learning how to better be in service to others.

No two patients are alike. I believe in deeply listening to my patient to create conditions for healing, get to the core of the problem, provide treatment and tools that empower people to know their body in a deeper way and be able to keep themselves in balance.

My years of experience guide my treatment so I may best support you on your way to good health. I work with people of all ages and different stages of life- from newborns to older adults from puberty to pregnancy to menopause, through various health challenges, recovering from injury, chronic illness and life end stages.

Areas of focus include:  Acute and chronic pain management, injury recovery, women's health issues, stress and anxiety management, digestive health and more.

Personal growth studies include years of yoga and meditation, energetic medicine and Ayurvedic medicine,  all of which give me deep insights and wisdom into wellness for the individual and community.
